All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Custom orders follow the same processing timeframe unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are researching options to expand internationally in the future.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Free standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $35.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify.
Exchanges & Cancellations

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will happily issue a replacement or refund.
