Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify.

Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Cancellations: Accepted before the order has shipped.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will happily issue a replacement or refund.
